Me, Mac and christen braved the cold and gave a Alamo a try today. It was rough, the lake is pretty low but the cholla ramp is in good shape for launching. We got there at safelight and started working the bouy lines and trees in the area. Nothing to show for our efforts until 0900, finally a slab in the boat. I caught it, on Macs pole , 1 for Mac (his rig on his side of the boat) then nothing unto 11ish then Mac picks up 2 more. I'm feeling like Mac is gonna school me again. But whoa and behold around noon I pick one up and another and another and finally 1 more. Final tally, 4 for me and 3 for Mac, woohoo I finally have schooled the master  :sign0081: all kidding aside it shaped up to be a nice day, a bit on the cool side. We had to work hard for those 7 fish. No real pattern other than getting out there and searching for them. All fish were healthy 1.5lbs or so. Got a great burger and chili cheese fries at screamers on the way back through Wickenburg to cap off a great day with great friends. Can't wait to do it again.

Thanks again for posting the pics Larry, Chris was face down most of the day in the back of the boat. He was not feeling to good. He probably would have schooled us both (as usual) if he was healthy.
