Planning Meeting?

Hey Brian - wanted to double check with you that we indeed do have 3 ea trailers reserved for us

Also, do we need to have a quick planning meeting sometime next weekend to go over some of the lodging arraignments along with any other questions anybody may have??  What's everybody's thoughts?
