Minnow hooks

Hey O - if you're talking about the small red mosquito hooks then see Sparkchaser's link.  But if you're talking about the #4 lite wire aberdeen hooks, those are Mustad #37361 light blue in size 4.

Guys I thank you for the info, IF I go Saturday I am going to try for more Crappie.

A big part of the size hook I use is the the size of the minnow's. Smaller sized minnow's I use a # 6 aberdeen hook with larger sized crappie minnows i will use a # 1 or 2 aberdeen hook. In general the hook size can also come into play if i'm fishing brush piles. I have found that the smaller hooks seem to work better for me. Crappie are finicky so i suggest keep a good assortment of hook sizes on hand.

sparkchaser- How come the Owner Hooks photo gallery doesn't have a picture of you holding up a couple of monster crappie?
