I agree on the lamb gyro.  I was with him when we picked up ingredients.  That was a great meal wish we could do it again but we are out of days....

OK, update on the meal thread.  Rich and I are arriving late Tuesday so you only need to account for 10 people Sun-Tue meals and then 12 people Wed-Fri.  Kelley, are your friends going to be joining our group for the dinners all evenings?  If so, we could have them potentially provide a meal on Saturday if the group desires or bring sides to the fish fry.  Or if they aren't joining us, that's fine.

We still need folks to sign up to bring paper plates, forks, spoons, knives, bowls, napkins for the group.  You don't have to sign up for all items - you can pick 1 or more.  Or you can just do it for your meal if you'd like.  I'd bring them but I'm not arriving until Tuesday evening.

Please be sure and save a bag of fillets to donate for the Friday fish fry.  Please get them to me by Thursday evening.

Sunday (Dave and Tom) -- BBQ beef

Monday (Jane & Tim) - Homemade pizza

Tuesday (Marv & Stevert) -- Chicken & Noodles.  They will supply plates, silverware, napkins, etc. for this meal only.

Wednesday (Kelley & Patti) -- Red beans, rice, and sausage with cornbread

Thursday (FishHawk and Cousinlll) -- Cavatiini w/ truck load of garlic bread and a side salad, and a homemade Limoncello chaser to help you sleep

Friday (Matt, Rich) -- Fish Fry with sides

Saturday, May 7th - Leave for home!

Marv and I are in for Chicken and Noodles Tuesday.  We'll supply the paper plates forks etc for that supper and have a few extras.

Matt, I'm not sure but I would assume that they will join us and they can definitely cover sides. They are full-time RVers now so they stock up.

My cousin and his wife (Ken and Suzanne) will be joining most evenings. They will either bring appetizers or desserts. Suzanne is a good cook.

They came in to Mesa this afternoon and I plan to eat all of his venison this week before we leave to Powell.

They will be welcomed!!!  Good cook...venison...bring it all!!...I'll bring some too.  All I have left is sirloin tip and round steak.  Medium rare on the grill with any seasoning one day for lunch.......
