Boated 15 nice crappie a gill and a small bass.  Almost all fish were caught drop shotting minnows.  Missed a bunch of short strike bites and lost a bunch of minnows to tiny taps and slack as they sucked the minnows off our hooks.  Largest was right at 2lbs.  Overall great day out there again.  Probably my last for some time so made the trip worth it.

Sounds like it was a good trip and hopefully you had a good turnout for the crappie fest! Glad the fish cooperated! I probably won't get back there till fall
