This was from another Facebook page posted by Varn Chavez thought it was pretty thorough so posting it here:

Bartlett Fishing Report. Went to Bartlett early Saturday, since they opened the road. Only south ramp was open, yellow cliffs was closed.  It seemed like there were very few people fishing for a Saturday, and it was kinda nice.
I fished the Georgia Tubes in the mid lake section.. nothing but bluegill and an occasional bass. Fished up in the trees/bushes at Cat Bay/Yellow cliffs area across from the flats, and again, bluegill in about 4 or 5 spots.
Trolled for about an hour, with both a crankbait and jigs, and got nothing. Went all the way up past ship rock, and couldn't find much there (tons of shad)
Bass were busting on the shad and did catch one throwing a quick crankbait into the boil.. nothign to write home about.
I tried 1/16, 1/32 ounce jigs, white, blue, gray, chartruse, chartruse/red.. Gulp Alive, Crappie nibbles... got nothing (but again, didn't really see any crappie. just little nips by bluegill). I didn't have minnows I just couldn't find them (based on livescope size and reaction to jigs). Water temp was about 85* in main lake and about 87* way up north of Ship Rock. Temp was nice due to partly cloudy day, until about 10am.
