For those of you that partaked at last falls BH. Well me and Piscolli are cooking chicken Friday. I'm planing several types of chicken. None of which have real names. Maybe a beer can chicken or 2. I looking for a head count so I know how much chicken to get.

Art, The chicken is grilled and marinaded over low heat( no oil is used). Chicken will be on around 4pm and will be warm for hours after. The longer the chicken marinates the better.

No problemo, glad to do it. I just got done making a a big batch of my tarter sauce for the fish fry.
Guys, we had hoped to attend the Friday evening chicken fry but due to the hot weather I'm going to stay in the AC at home and rest up for Saturday. I'm going to give it my best shot but do not know if I will be able to fish the whole hours or not. Best of luck to everybody......Art
Thanks to Fish Hawk for taking time off on Friday for the BBQ chicken. It was great! Also, thanks to the chefs on Saturday for all of the help with the fish fry and all side dishes. Great stuff!
