Title: Humminbird 360 up-date
Post by: o from wi on February 17, 2013, 10:25 AM
Went out on my maiden voyage yesterday. I went on Lakeview Lake in Sun City. One pic has dark spots in front of the boat. These turned out to be depressions in the bottom. 2 bass (small) caught. Another pic shows a "white" ridge. This is the concrete retaining wall. The same pic shows 2 shadows. This is one of the MANY concrete slabs that were poured when the lake was built to eliminate wash out from the street drains into the lake. After 40 years the sand has washed out and it leaves 6 to 8 inch undercuts. The other pic shows one of these "slabs" in front of the boat. We did see some 10 to 15 lb cat fish but they didn't show up on the unit. Will have to learn more about the settings. Maybe on Bartlett tomarrow??????

Wow, that thing looks sweet. I'm sure once you get it dialed in you will love it.

Looks good. Not sure if I'm ready to pony the extra $$$$ to upgrade my unit.
