I've been waiting for decent weather and water to go out but my buddy went to Alamo today. He is a pretty decent fisherman so here is what he told me. He fished with two buddies at the main lake and both bouy lines and only picked up 1 dink bass all day. He worked the trees as well and got nada. He also tried for catfish later in the day and got blanked as well. He talked to a few of the snow birds camping out and they have been averaging 1-3 slabs per day. It seems the best bite according to them has been north of bouy lines in 20' of water. Water temp in the main lake was 51, 55 in the shallow water.
Thanks for the report, was hoping for better but it is what it is!
