Title: Mono VS Motor--Mono wins every time

--we all are repeatedly warned--"CHECK FOR LINE IN YOUR MOTORS"---The Desert Rat wrapped up some nice heavy line in my Motorguide W-75---I "thought" I cleared the prop and--eager to continue not catching crappie--I forged on vs taking 5 minutes to disengage the prop and double check for line---this motorguide is 14 months old and is toast !!!---$950 later, I will be mounting a new wireless on Friday--at the lake--Soooo---read and heed---I will be at SB Cove , Thursday -------??????
Darrel Turner--come on up---the whaler and I might do a night on the lake--lot's of room-

Total bummer, how long are you going to be up there. We might come up Saturday night and drop lights.

ya that is good reminder, that braided line is the worse cuts through seals like crazy.

I also ck my big propeller on the outboard about once a month for line cost about that about to have a boat shop reseal the lower unit if it gets torn up by line.

I plan on staking out SB Cove for 10-14 days---stop in !!!
