Title: bottom bounce rig

Has anyone tried this rig drifting or trolling. What bait or lure did you use.

Yeah, with a big ole Liar's Korner nightcrawler and a #5 colorado blade w/ a slow death hook at Lake Powell   :greengrin:   :glasses9:

Have not caught a crappie with those. May troll with an egg sinker at bottom and 2 hooks above but less trolling and more finding tree and fishing over is near bottom. Have you fished with those?

I used them up north, either with a crawler, minnow or a rapala. I tried it in AZ at a private lake and got a few nice size crappies trolling with electric motor using a black back white bottom small rapala floater.

What is a slow death hook?

They work good for walleye in Canada.
