Title: 1/27 SC
Post by: wadefisherman on January 28, 2011, 09:30 AM
Decided to test SC out for a change of pace yesterday. We kept 30 fish with 5 of them going about 2.5's. Many smaller fish caught this trip as well. Plenty of fished missed due to a super light bite. I had Wild Willie, Fishawk and another buddy in the boat. We mostly were tight-lining minnows. Water temp was a pretty chilly 48 degrees. All fish were fat, we were on the water at 0830 and off at 1430. It was a good time shared by all.  :3some:

Nice. That's a 10 per person outing. Better than my six Wednesday. Nice job.

Sounds like it is starting. Thanks for sharing. I hate to give up on Alamo but this sounds pretty good.

Nice Report Brian!

Good seeing you guys out there.  Sparkchaser & I seemed to be keeping up with you guys number wise but the bite died for us in the afternoon.  You guys ended up doubling our count.  We couldn't adapt to the changing conditions.  Every time we looked over at you guys, Bill was grabbing the net.  Your spider rigging technique seemed to work all day.  Guess Dave & I need a crash course on spider rigging someday...... :notworthy:
