looks like SRP which said they would switch about thanksgiving has done it already? 650cfs out of bartlett and 180cfs out of saguaro and I am sure as in the past it will turn off the gates at saguaro to like 10cfs in the next couple days which will mean bartlett is going to drop quick with only 110cfs coming out of horseshoe and it is basically dry that should mess things up :(
