Lake Powell fishing liscense   Boy what an ordeal. They wouldn't let us buy a lake powell recp stamp and 2 pole permit against our 4 month nonres AZ liscense, instead we had to buy a 7 day Utah nonres and then we could get the 2 pole and wouldn't need the $8 recip stamp  $47 dollars apeice.  but it's a done deal and they printed out and we have them in hand to start fishing on Monday morning.
