2016 Powell Lodging Update

Just a quick update. I was able to secure the three trailers for the dates of April 30th through May 7th. Per Robin at Phoenix Groups Department I should be receiving a confirmation notice within 24 hours. At that time, we will figure out the sleeping arrangements, and continue on with planning the trip.

Ok folks this is the email I received from Robin confirming our reservation.

Good Morning Dave,

Below are the confirmation numbers for the family units at Halls. 
You will need to secure them with credit card(s) a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation of the units.  If not confirmed and released back into inventory the availability and special rate cannot be guaranteed.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Confirmation numbers 14X6Y4, 14X6Y5 and 14X6Y6
Special Billing/Revenue Code: FASFAM ($230.00+++).

We have some time to fill the units, and figure out sleeping arrangements, as some people are still undecided. At least we know the units are reserved, and the dates.

Ok folks we really need to get a final headcount so we can move forward with the planning. Here's what I see:

As said above in the thread, Brian the manager at the Marina said there might be a possibility of securing a 4th trailer, but could not guarantee it would be ready in time. If in fact we need the space for others to come along, I'm sure we can make it work. As we almost always find a way to make things work out.
