Lake Powell 2021 Meal Planning

Time to start planning for meals every night. We will arrive Saturday, which will be your own responsibility. There are 9 of us going, in 4 boats. Normally every boat takes on a night which will leave a few open. Please respond on the day and what you intend to put on the table for the sharks....

Keep in mind the restaurant is open now which is something we haven't had at Halls. That could be an option for the end of the week. They are open until 9pm daily.

Sunday - Dave and Tommy - Pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, jalapeno cornbread

Monday - Scott and Steve - Chicken enchiladas, Hatch green chili stew

Tuesday - Larry, Bill, Greg - Cavatini, Garlic bread, dizzy water desert

Wednesday - Steve and Marvin - Meatball sandwiches, Marvs famous green stuff

Thursday - Leftovers, or restaraunt

Friday - Restaraunt

Fish Hawk, IAMMAC & LLL will provide supper on Tuesday. We are thinking the usual Cavatini with the proverbial truck load of garlic bread and an adult type desert.  Yeah buddy....

Marv and I will take Wednesday night,  Meatball sandwiches and Marv's famous Green Stuff.
