Title: Bartlett topped out at 94% no more water left in horseshoe lake

SRP dumped horse shoe at 3000cfs for a couple weeks, Bartlett is up to 94% :o and horseshoe as of today is now down to 0%, SRP will shut off the gate out of horseshoe and use water out of Bartlett till Mid to end of May so Bartlett will start dropping immediately. :(
