Title: Crappie Fishing this weekend
Post by: dan napientek on April 22, 2015, 01:31 PM
My brother is coming to town this weekend. What lake should I take him to? Alamo is far, but I had success there about three weeks ago, we boated 20 slabbers. I have not had much luck this year at Bart or Rosy.  Did anyone boat a lot of slabbers at the Crappie tournament last weekend at Rosy.

One person caught 6 fish this weekend at Rosy and others caught 0 to 2.  Bartlett not sure we have recon out there but who knows.....  Alamo may have slowed down but has most recent history of catching fish.  Or.... try a lake up north on the rim...

weather forecast is squirrely this weekend now they are talking rain and for Sunday high winds over 30mph so be careful and maybe ck forecast before you plan trip as it seems to be changing hourly?
