FYI for those heading up to Powell with us - Here's what Fish Hawk & I have planned for Saturday's departure:
Bill will be at my place (I-10 & Chandler Blvd) around 0500 to leave no later than 0530. We plan to once again have breakfast in Flagstaff at the Crown Railroad Cafe http://thecrownrailroadcafes.com There are two of them in Flagstaff, we'll be at the one on the east side of town on US 66. It'll probably take us 2 hrs to get there.
Some have asked about getting to Hall's Crossing so here's a mapquest link: http://mapq.st/1HPcFgZ This route includes a slight backtrack for breakfast and the use of the Moki Dugway. For those that have not driven up the Moki Dugway I'd suggest you google it. It's a really cool short gravel road that switchbacks up the side of the plateau. The pics make it seem worse than it is and I compare it to Fish Creek Hill on the way to Apache Lake. I've never had an issue going up or heading down the Moki Dugway with my truck & boat.
Upon arriving at Hall's Crossing check in at the little store next to the gas pumps for your trailer assignments. Look for the name of the person who made the trailer deposit. If it's closed they usually post that info on the front door. Trailers will be unlocked w/ keys on the countertop.
Sandman - are you guys coming up on Saturday or Sunday?
I'm leaving Boise, Idaho Early Friday Morning. Hope to be there noonish or earlier Saturday. :3some:
Good luck everyone and be safe. Bring back some great stories.

I see the road is back open (the one that fell off the cliff) but I heard people say that the bypass road was better anyway? wonder if you can use either road or if the bypass is closed now?
