I made contact after many years with Ron from D & R Baits. He's back to running out of his driveway, and provided me with a quality count for only $2.00 a dozen. This is how it works, you call him 480-694-5207 cell, 480-832-4285 office, tell him how many you want and when you will pick them up. He leaves them in a cooler in the driveway in an industrial bag that he fills with oxygen. So long as u keep them cool. They stay happy 24+ hours in the bag.
