I went ahead and got the ball rolling on this and made reservations for two trailers. We usually try to attend the last week of April, but next year was a split into May. The dates selected were May 4th through May 11th. Currently we have 8 people confirmed for the two trailers I reserved. The initial price offered by Aramark was considerably higher than last year. Last year we stayed for the week at a rate of 1186.92. This year I was quoted 2011.17 for the same. I was able to work with the agent and negotiate a final price of 1622.24 per trailer. Somehow I missed this post and someone reminded me of the trip last weekend. I'm considering the trip but not sure - if we did it would be a Tue-Sat thing again. Timbo sounds in I've texted Alan and he is checking. Obviously, we'd need to reserve another trailer (if one is even available). Will decide here in the next few weeks.

Just a FYI from a Buddy of mine in Colorado that fishes Powell on a regular Basis ...... Will keep you informed re Powell. They just closed the Bullfrog ramp yesterday because of dropping lake levels. I think all th ramps are closed now. Just primitive launching on slick rock and sand. Doesn't look good. At about a 1 1/2' -2' drop a week we will be down at least another 6 feet by march 1. We are getting some snow now and hopefully will get some spring storms which usually make up most of our snowpack. Good luck at Alamo. Dave

I have been in contact with Dick Sauer (One Last Cast) who will be joining us again this year at Powell. He & his brother Tim, along with their wives, have already reserved a Family Unit and has one open bedroom if anybody (or a couple) is interested.
If anybody want's to take that open bedroom, let me know & I will put you in contact with Dick.
Sidenote - Hey Matt, Dick advised me that he along with his brother Tim are wanting to joining the club again. He said they have plans on attending the March meeting at Roosevelt.

For those of you staying in the 2 trailers I reserved. Here is the breakdown, along with the attached confirmations.
1622.25 per trailer for the week, or 3244.50 for both to be split evenly 8 ways.
That breaks down to 405.56 per person.
I've already covered the 463.50 deposit required, and like last year all of the charges will go on my card. Just plan on paying me at the end of the week. If you have Zelle, that would be the easiest.
