Title: rosie 4-2
Post by: swikmo on April 04, 2021, 11:55 AM
Fished the salt end got 13 crappie that I kept and tossed back 4 under 10",38 bass and 10 hefty blugills. Majority of the fish were caught casting 2" berkley emerald shinner minnows tipped with crappie nibbles in 8-15' of water in and around trees that were halfway submerged with clear casting lanes around them. Also caught a few trolling small cranks out in 20" just above the submerged bushes and trees. Water temp 61-65*

Thanks for the great info. 1/4 jigheads and just tip the hooks w/the crappie nibbles? thanks again.

When casting in shallower water i prefer a 1\32 jig head and i use these minnows tipped with crappie nibbles
