The Tonto Basin Firefighters Association, Let's Talk Fishin', and the Chamberlin family welcomes anglers of all ages to celebrate the life of a fishing legend! Enjoy a day of fishing, meeting local firefighters, free food, and relive some of Art's greatest memories and stories.
And the tournament has just added a $50 crappie option!
This one-day bass tournament will follow Let's Talk Fishin' rules and guidelines. 50% payout.
Little Anglers' Tournament for children up to 12 years old, free food, fishing license and gift bags for all participants.
Many raffle items including: 50/50 raffle (to the Chamberlin family), helicopter ride around Roosevelt Lake, ice chest with gear, mens' gift box, and much more!
** UPDATE **: The date of this event was Oct 11, 2025 but because of probably weather issues, it has been moved to Sunday, March 15, 2026. Please update your calendars.

I wasn't able to go :-(. I was out late late helping out for my son's drumline competition they held at his home school (parent help required) and no way I was getting out there early this morning. I saw Matt Shura is fishing it and would assume Kasey would fish it. Curious who wins the crappie pot. Feel free to post pictures if you attend.
