Arizona Crappie Anglers!! Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 24th for the Arizona Crappie Association's Bob Hirsch Crappie Classic, held at Roosevelt Lake and open to the public. This tournament is held in memory of the late iconic Arizona outdoorsman Bob Hirsch. Many participants will be camping at Windy Hill Coyote Loop so we hope you can join us. Saturday is the tournament run by tournament director James Rollins with entry forms taken and live well checks that morning in the Coyote Loop as well as weigh-in also at Coyote loop at 3pm. After the tournament winners are announced and trophies presented, we'll hold the open meeting where prospects interesting in joining the AZCA can attend and become members. We'll then hold our big raffle giving out over $600 worth of prizes with some big ticket items donated by AZ Crappie Sniper, Scheels, Mudshark Marine, and others. Bring cash to the weigh-in so you can participate and win some amazing prizes!! The fish fry potluck on Saturday also returns starting around 6pm -- please join us and if you do bring a main, side, or dessert to share please.
