When you come into Miami he is on the right side of the road at the second street light, not traffic light, street light. Its like 100 yards from the first building in town.

its called the shack on the right as you first come to town. dude sells allmost exclusively minnows. they are the same price per dozen and whether i order two or three doz a calculater is used to determine the total with tax. perhaps he could just have a list of the totals per order. it does chap me while i wait. usually i just give him a ten for three doz. so he can stay open and i dont have to drive to kilmers.
