Hawk's Chicken Fest head count

I'll be doing Fridays chicken fest again and need a head count so I know how much chicken to buy

I'll be there on Friday, just me.  My parents coming in later Fri night or Sat AM.  Do we make Friday a potluck too?

Can someone start post for planning food/potluck on Saturday?

Camp N nana and I are in---we will bring sides for both Fri and Sat--also, we will cook Saturday( Fish Fry)---need a volunteer to fry up the vegatables--
