Anyone been catching crappie lately

I was thinking of taking my daughter to Alamo for some evening/night fishing in a week or so when the moon phases out.  Just wondering if anyone is catching because I havent seen many recent posts.  I used to be able to catch them trolling during the heat of the day in June/July at San Carlos, but havent tried it at Alamo yet....  Any info helps   thanks

I haven't heard of too many of us going crappie fishing lately. With the monsoons rolling in and temps around 110, we get a little pushed off from doing too much.
Night fishing at Alamo has, in the past, always been pretty nice. I haven't heard from any one in the club that's been out there though. If you head up to Alamo you might consider finding some pretty deep waters around steep cliffs and fishing that area.
