Slow today. Boated 4 crappie along with 2 green carp 1 yellow 1 cat. Thanks billy hawk for a great day.  Thanks to everyone that came to the AZCA meeting.

Thanks Bill for the info. Sure wish we could have made it up there to be with all the crew. Hope there was a good turnout for the meeting. Catching lots of fish is great but getting together is good too. You guys have some great weather for camping so enjoy.

We had 7 crappie and 2 bass before the meeting. I had to head home, but I talked to Larry and they boated 4 more crappie that evening. All were up in the river.

Yeah, I was Dave's net boy that morning!!  It was a pleasant surprise after the extremely frustrating day on Friday.  Even resorted to pulling out the Wacky Rig & doing a little green carp fishing.  Say it isn't so.....

Sure hope you either ate those nasty green carp or took them home and planted them in your garden. Sounds like a good day on the water anyway, wish I wouldn't have missed it. Now we look forward to next month.

Only 3 crappie for us yesterday, two up by the buoy line and one around Grapevine. I guess I should have gone up the river but I thought there would be a traffic jam........Art
