I will be staying at Spring Creek, so my camp spot is up for grabs.  I believe someone wanted to split it with me, but I won't need it now, so they can have it...

Rollo

I will be heading up on Wednesday. Do you have any campsites left?

Hey James, we'll find a spot for you for early arrival but will need to identify who currently slated in the Coot loop won't be arriving until Friday and shift them to the Grebe loop so you can get on the Coot loop where we have that earlier reservation.  Stay tuned.

OneBlade

OK James (Rollo) -- Art (Legend) had to cancel so you now have his site #15 and can arrive on Wednesday.

Im coming up on thursday at 5pm. Just me and boat. I can share a spot.

OneBlade

Florin  Nesiu (PleasantWhiperer) & Andrew Nesiu (Crappie King) indicated they'd also be attending BHCC, arriving Thursday.  I put them in the Grebe Loop Site #11, but that loop isn't reserved until Friday, so they may need to share a site in Coot loop with someone for that Thursday if we cannot get the gate open earlier in Grebe loop.

OneBlade

Steve Seivert (Stevert) unable to attend as he is volunteering for youth deer hunt with his family so I have moved Florin  Nesiu (PleasantWhiperer) & Andrew Nesiu (Crappie King) to Coot loop site #4 since they are arriving on Thursday.

As you may or may not know, the federal government may shutdown Oct 1st.  This impacts the Grapevine group site availability. I am inquiring with Tonto National Forest regarding this, but if it shuts down, we will have to make a decision by Monday October 2nd whether or not to move the entire event to Alamo Lake (not federal, rather a state park unaffected).  I mainly wanted to give everyone a heads up.  I'm also inquiring with the park ranger at Alamo Lake to secure the group site as last I checked, it was available.

Thank you Matt, great leadership on your part, planning, and communication.
When in doubt, set the hook!
