You guys are very generous and I thank you for the free dinners. It does make thing much simpler. So my brother and I are in with the majority.

I talked to Ralph's assistant today...  She said there are Mr Coffee type machines in each cabin...  also should have all the normal cooking utensils...  Didn't know about any big pots for larger meals...

I will probably borrow a pot from one of you guys instead of lugging one up there...  It's for about a gallon of baked beans... 

The Bass spawn is on, but no info on Crappie or Walleye...

Hey they have full-sized fridges in the family unit lodging right?  Just want to make sure my lunch meals and few drinks can stay in the fridge all week and not have to pack cooler (except for lunch boat stuff).

yep, full sized fridge...  Each unit does have a coffee maker and microwave...

Sunday, April 28 -- Gyros/burgers/chicken, corn on the cob, and brownies (menrats and mrokusek)
Monday, April 29 -- Ham and all the sides (TheMerlotKid/Freshwater), dessert (sauerrj)
Tuesday, April 30 -- Pulled pork sandwiches (Wadefisherman) and the sides, e.g. cole slaw and chips (redmule), dessert (sauerrj)
Wednesday, May 1 --  Pasta dish (cousinlll).  All sides including lettuce salad, dressing, and garlic bread , dessert (Halibut Warrior and sauerrj)
Thursday, May 2 -- Tacos (Tritoon), dessert (sauerrj)
Friday, May 3 -- Fish fry (cousinlll and sauerrj will bring friers, oil, batter, etc.), fried potatoes/onions (themerlotkid), and coleslaw/cornbread (Tritoon), dessert (sauerrj)
Saturday, May 4 -- Departure day.  Each unit on your own.

Paper plates, plastic forks, and napkins for all meals (mrokusek)
Table (Tritoon, cousinlll, Hallibut Warrior)

With Tritoon's cancellation, what should we do for Thursday meal?  Leftovers, on our own or something else??

And I can take over on cole slaw duties for Friday's fish fry
