Next year's planning

I have a friend at work that is interested in going this year, space available. Thought I would bump this up to see if anyone's plans had changed. This was the preliminary list of people that said they were coming.

Just want to get the ball rolling on the "I'm for sure in" to see if we have space for others to fill in. Please only respond if you are not going to make it. Otherwise, we will assume the above list is correct, and we can start to move forward on the rest of the planning.

Very likely this trailer will become available.
I am holding out until 1st of March for final decision.
Partner has broken up with grandsons' mother and I was just doing the trip as courtesy to him and perhaps bring grandson.

Just put in my time off request @ work for 05/01 through 05/05 Tommy Fishman I coming for your poker money! Cannot wait I am stoked after missing last year. Even got a new rod and reel set up that prove to be the difference maker making me the winner of the side pots. Everybody please get in the side pots I am gunning for you!

To make things easier, for all local participants planning on coming to Powell. Please try and make the Feb. 11th meeting at Roosevelt. After club business is done, we will discuss and try and finalize the trailer occupancy. That will lead into the rest of the planning (meals, crawlers, ect...)

After the club meeting a few stayed and talked about the trailer situation. Steve Jenkins expressed that he is not going to be able to make it to the trip, which will open up another trailer. That will allow room for 3 to 4 people, or we can shuffle people around with the current head count so everyone has a room. What we need is a final head count of who is for sure going.

Also, someone will have to take ownership of the 4th trailer. Easiest way would be to call Aramark the day Steve cancels, and reserve the trailer in your name.

I don't think Steve should call & cancel as I would hate to lose an already reserved trailer - whomever steps up to take over Steve's reservation should call Aramark with Steve's confirmation number to have that trailer's responsible person info changed.  Aramark might reimburse Steve's credit card & then charge whomever calls (not likely without Steve on the phone also) but in my opinion the easiest thing to do is reimburse Steve directly via personal check for the deposit he paid. That's my thoughts......
