I have been asked to explain our bottom bouncing technique a little more since that is the way we have caught two of our fish from the BHCC this past weekend.

It is a simple rig to use and is dependable when the fish are deep.  The rig it's self is easy to tie.  All you do is tie two hooks on your line about 1-2 feet a part (using a loop knot) and leave enough line to tie an empty loop knot on the bottom.  Now all you do is add a bass casting sinker and the rig is complete.  A bass casting sinker is the bell sinker with the brass swivel in it.

Fish it like you would the Caps and Coleman rig with the exception of the weight being in contact with the bottom.

Very cool, thanks Mac!

What size weight are we talking about?  3/4 or 1 oz like the C & C rigs?

sounds like a drop shot rig the bass guys use except for a double hook set up?

Bingo Bruce!  It is also used for Catfishing.
