Great fish, I'm very envious. We didn't catch a crappie today but to a drop-shot bass rod along and caught 5 bass in about an hour......Art

I was surprised at the amount of eggs in her so far from the spawn.

IAMMAC

The ones that I cleaned awhile back had about the same amount.  What was in their bellies?????

Fishless

typical bartlett as soon as they start to drop the lake fast the crappie move out into deeper water and the casting bite fades till things stabilize that's when I see the trollers and drifters doing well  out in the channel and I switch to chasing ducks and winter spooning of stripers

They were spitting out 1-2" shad, looked pretty fresh.

Halibut Warrior

WTG toadslayer.... were you guys spiderriggin'?  :notworthy: Thanks for da BD wish.

Spider rigging is the only way to fly for the lazy fisherman, kick back in some comfy chairs, turn up the sat radio, play with the remote all day on the trolling motor & soak up some rays. Life is good, there should be a jimmy buffet song playing as you read this.  :lol_hitting:
