If I recall, images are max individual size of 1024kb and I think the error that shows up when you try and post something larger is somewhat hidden.  Right click file and check properties to make sure size is below that.  Then also 5 images per post allowed.  You can use Paint or other image too to do Save As and reduce JPG quality to reduce that file size.

I gave up attempting to attach pics via the site.  I take all my pics with my iPhone & now use Photobucket to attach pics to my posts.  Quick & easy for me!
