This is the shit.... The chief at Nosh cocked some of the walleye we caught at Powell. Wow awesome

Outstanding!!  So you think if I walked in with a package of thawed out Walleye, saying I know the legendary Walleye slayer Billy Ho, that they'll cook some of it up for me.  Nice knowing the owners/chefs isn't it.  And what did you pair your meal with?

LOL. I like it well done. It was still a little under cooked for me but was tasty.
