For those of us that are land locked while our buddies are fishing Powell I just thought I would share what little information I have gotten from Marvin & Stevert. As of last night the two of them had a total of 49 walleye. Marvin being the seasoned veteran (2nd trip) and Stevert being this years rookie I think that is darn good but a damn shame I am not there to enjoy the catching. Saturday (short day due to arrival and bad wind) they boated 8 Sunday's total was 19 and yesterday's was 22 Not sure of the size or if all were keepers, would assume most were the 16" to 19" clones we caught last year. Also no information on the smallmouth. If you are reading this then it sucks to be me and you as I am sure the crew @ Powell has no internet.

Thanks for sharing the info, been here in the dry valley salivating just waiting to hear how they were doing. And yes it sucks to be here while they are there. More power to em. :banghead:
GOD BLESS

Here's a Walleye only count that were brought back. Doesn't include the many "undersized" Walleye, which we all have our own standards, that were caught and thrown back. List also doesn't include any other species of fish which everyone has caught their share of.

Today's update - remember these are walleye only.

Wednesday
Steve & Marvin 32
Dave & Tommy 45
Kelley & crew 10
Timbo & Jane 6
LLL & Matt 13

Seems we're catching a smaller class of walleye this trip.  So Matt & I decided to implement a 14.5" minimum slot limit for ourselves so anything caught larger ended up in our livewell.

Big Fish update:
Eye - Dave & LLL tie at 20.5
Goon - 23.5 striper Stevert

Total fish count so far - 287 Walleye

TRITOON

Sounds like you guys are having a fantastic trip, good for you all. Thanks so much Larry for keeping us informed, helps ease the pain of taking care of business in the valley. Keep up the good work and have a safe and wonderful time.
GOD BLESS
