Roosevelt 3/15-3/16

On the water 1pm Friday 3/15 and wind was howling.  We went to some habitats and found them at 45-50ft deep and then headed into coves away from the wind.  Water temp out in the open water was 50 degrees and a little warmer in the coves.  Only crappie our boat caught for both days was Friday afternoon caught by WallyG with jig and minnow not shallow.  Water very dirty and debris running down middle of lake.

Kasey and I fished the LTF crappie tournament Saturday and although we graphed fish all day long we boated only 1 bass and 2 catfish. Congrats to Team Jiggy Jiggy on their victory. .....Art
