no reports from Bartlett

I haven't seen any reports from Bartlett Lake. Is the lake suffering from algae bloom or is it not being fished for some other reason? While I'm asking, is the SB boat ramp open? Thanks in advance for the info. Kingfisher

lake is low like 55% SB ramp closed due to low water you can launch off the beach at SB cove if you have 4x4. Lake was very slow to warm up but should be starting to produce fish both crappie and bass.
