I hope you're having a great summer and still getting out and crappie fishing. The Arizona Crappie Association's website (azcrappie.com) is getting a complete rebuild this summer and should be completed by August, just in time to post information about fall events related to the Arizona Crappie Association, National Crappie League, Let's Talk Fishin', Arizona Game and Fish volunteer activities, and everything crappie fishing related in Arizona.

Please like and follow us on our public Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/arizonacrappie

Please follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/azcrappie/

With the new website rebuild, the Arizona Crappie Association's discussion forum portion at azcrappie.com/forum will go away, however it'll be replaced by an active one located at https://www.crappie.com/crappie/arizona/. Bookmark this new forum page on your computer and create a shortcut on your phone for easy access.

Crappie.com is the world's biggest crappie fishing website. It's a family-friendly community with 50,000 members strong, and 500 new members join each month. It has 75,000+ page views per day. You'll receive endless information, updated daily, on all things crappie. And Arizona Crappie Association events including all discussion forum topics will be in that state forum at https://www.crappie.com/crappie/arizona/.

With the new website rebuild, your azcrappie.com account will not be transferred. You'll need to create a new account on crappie.com, which you can do now. When activating your account, check your email Spam filter for any account verification messages and instructions. If any messages go to Spam, be sure and mark Not as Spam.  You can even create an email filter to ensure future messages never go to the Spam folder.

Once logged into crappie.com, here are a few things to check out:
1. Reply to this email with your username on crappie.com so I can update our records.
2. Go to our Arizona state forum (https://www.crappie.com/crappie/arizona/) and under Forum Tools, click "Subscribe to this Forum".  Bookmark our state forum page on your computer and create a shortcut on your phone.

5. Under Networking - Friends & Contacts, you can add other members using their User Name
6. Post to our Arizona state forum! Don't be shy, please introduce yourself so that other Arizona Crappie Association members can add you as a friend. You can post anywhere in the the crappie.com forum if you have general information not Arizona state related.

Download the mobile app! That's right, crappie.com has a mobile app for use on phones and electronic devices.
1. On iPhone/Apple products, search for "Crappie.com Fishing Forums" in the App store. For Android products, use Google Play store to find the Crappie.com app however there may be a bug preventing the Crappie.com app from showing up in Android Google Play store. If you can't find it, you can use the "Tapatalk" app instead as it will work for Crappie.com fishing forums.
2. Download and install the app
3. Open the app and login using the User Name and password you created previously
4. You can enable notifications and other things in the app

Thanks Mac, I'm working with Ed (crappie.com owner) to come up with mechanism to restrict access to the crappie.com AZCA members forum to just members.  For now, it's wide open to anyone.  We can just post in https://www.crappie.com/crappie/arizona/ for now.  I did find on the desktop site for crappie.com, I can add you as friend/contact.

AZCA members - please post your screenname from crappie.com once you create it, thanks.

Dave (sparkchaser's) account on crappie.com is sparkchaser737
Larry's (cousinlll) account on crappie.com is cousinlll

You can "add as friend" those accounts as well on the new site.

Reminder azcrappie.com forum users, create your new account on crappie.com and post your screenname here and https://www.crappie.com/crappie/arizona/

Also, the new AZCA site is being worked on, still several updates to be made but you preview the site here: https://aca.heislerwebservices.com
If you have any suggestions on the new site or see any major issues with the site (work in progress), please reply here. We still have to update some pictures to be more Arizona Crappie related and update the content for the SCF, BHCC, LTF, and NCL tournament pages.
