Talked to a buddy who was bass fishing a over the weekend and accidentally landed a 1 3/4 lb male crappie in the back of humbug. Said he was fishing in about 20 feet of water and was tossing a med diving crank (maybe 5 feet) when they caught him. Wasn't sure on the water temp or anything. I might have to take a half day next week for the 20 minute drive to Plez.  :ecomcity:

buddy fishing castle creek this last saturday spooned up a nice crappie in 30' of water but only that one

was he fishing 30' deep or just over 30' of water?
