I hooked up with Willie and Homer to give Bartlett a shot. We should have stayed home, went to the bend in the river and got nothing, moved to the yellow cliffs and got more of the same. Off the lake by 11:30, we showed crappie stacked up on the graph at the river location. They were not interested in what we were offering. Good company and it wasn't to hot due to the rain that hit just before we got there. We'll get em next time.

It seems that the night bite has died. I'd try the late afternoon if it wasn't so dang hot.
