Guntersville Alabama crappie

I'm in Alabama for a week, got a chance to fish a couple days, 35 crappie day one and 51 day two. A lot of rain but with all the bridges to fish under it's no big deal. crappie ranged from 11" to 16"

Wow, that's a great couple of days fishing.  I'd love to fish some of those southern lakes (e.g. Grenada Lake, Mississippi) sometime.  Nice job - they all look like black crappie.

I'm with ya Bruce!! Always thought it'd be fun to head east on I-10 & fish with or enter an out of state Crappie clubs tournament like in Texas or Mississippi or Alabama. Just to learn about the other clubs across the country & how they fish.

Larry lets plan it!  I have a place to stay in NE Georgia and we could get on some of their lakes around there.
